St Benedicts Ferndale House

St Benedicts Ferndale house provides care and nursing for men living with mental health issues and dementia. The service accommodates 18 people, with the home at full capacity during inspection.

The home demonstrates good practice in maintaining residents' relationships with family and friends. Staff actively support people to stay in touch with loved ones who cannot visit in person, arranging telephone calls and video calls to help sustain these important connections. The service has also implemented measures to prevent infection spread when admitting new residents to the home.
