Medihands Clifton

Medihands Clifton provides personal care for up to 14 people requiring support with mental health needs. At inspection, 11 people were living at the home. The provider has strengthened how they monitor safety and quality of care, using systems to identify concerns and areas for improvement. Medicines are stored securely in lockable cabinets and staff administer them safely according to prescriptions. Staff have completed training relevant to their roles and understand the different types of abuse that could affect residents, taking action to minimise these risks.
