Cloyda Care Home

This care home accommodates up to 35 older people, including those living with dementia, in one adapted building. At inspection, 29 people were using the service. People and their relatives described it as a safe place to live, with staff understanding the steps needed to keep residents secure. However, some systems for engaging with people and staff, as well as the provider's plans for developing and improving the service, operated informally. The inspector recommended formalising these processes and will monitor progress at the next planned inspection.
