St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home

St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home accommodates up to 45 older and younger adults who require residential and nursing care, including some with memory loss. At the time of inspection, 33 people were living at the service near Sleaford.

The home had quality assurance processes in place, but audits proved ineffective and failed to identify shortfalls in service delivery. Care records were not always accurate or sufficiently detailed to guide staff on meeting people's nutritional needs effectively.
