During inspection, staff had access to personal protective equipment, though inspectors found they were not consistently adhering to best practice guidance in its use. The service maintained good cleanliness standards with effective cleaning schedules being followed by housekeeping staff. Quality monitoring systems were in place to oversee standards of care.
