Blair House

Blair House provides nursing and residential care for up to 27 people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, the service cared for 25 residents.

The registered manager demonstrated good practice by consistently booking the same agency staff members to maintain continuity of care and reduce cross-infection risks. Clear signage was used throughout the home to identify where people were isolating in their rooms, helping staff quickly understand residents' support needs and minimising unnecessary contact.
