Inspectors found that risks to residents had not been thoroughly assessed and reviewed, and medicines were not always managed correctly.

The service lacked adequate oversight, with governance processes such as audits not being carried out, meaning concerns identified during inspection had not been previously identified by the provider. Some areas of the service environment required redecoration and improvement.
