Heywood Court Care Home

Heywood Court Care Home provides personal care for up to 45 people in a residential setting. At inspection, 40 people were using the service. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. Risks to people and staff are well managed, with safe systems in place for recruitment, health and safety checks, and medicine storage and administration. Clear support plans and risk assessments guide staff in meeting individual needs.

Staff receive appropriate induction, training and support to carry out their roles effectively. The home respects people's food preferences and maintains high cleanliness standards. A variety of communal rooms enable residents to spend time together or in smaller groups as they prefer.
