Spring Tree Rest Home

Spring Tree Rest Home provides personal care to 21 older people, including those living with dementia, across a purpose-built three-floor building with capacity for up to 30 residents. Staff have been trained to recognise signs of abuse and understand safeguarding procedures, ensuring people are protected from ill-treatment. The home has assessed risks associated with individual care needs, and staff demonstrate knowledge of these risks and how to minimise potential harm. Trained and competent staff administer medicines as prescribed to residents.
