Spring Tree Rest Home

Spring Tree Rest Home is a residential care home offering personal care and support to older people. The CQC found the service to be Good overall, having looked into it after receiving a number of safeguarding concerns.

Inspectors found staff recognised signs of harm and abuse well, and risks to people were managed safely by a properly recruited and trained team. The home was clean, and a relatively new management team was described as visible and approachable. Minor improvements were still needed to medicine management systems.
