Bonehill Lodge

Bonehill Lodge provides residential care and accommodation for up to 26 older people requiring nursing or personal care. At inspection, 23 people were using the service, which operates from one adapted building.

Staff had received training to keep people safe from abuse and were aware of individual needs through risk assessments designed to protect residents from harm. The home maintained adequate staffing levels with safe recruitment practices in place. Infection prevention and control measures were effective, and systems were established to help the management team and staff learn from incidents when they occurred.
