Meadowyrthe

Meadowyrthe provides personal care to up to 41 people aged 65 and over, including those living with mental health conditions or dementia. The service operates across four separate households, each with adapted facilities, with one household specializing in short-term respite stays. At the time of inspection, 33 people were using the service.

However, systems for managing medicines were not always safe, with records failing to accurately reflect medicines stored at the home. The provider's governance and oversight systems were not always effective in identifying areas of concern or requiring improvement.
