Dover Cottage Rest Home

Staff demonstrated good knowledge of people's needs and provided supportive care, particularly during times of distress. However, inspectors found that staff planning and deployment required review to ensure people's care remained consistently safe and responsive. Staff reported having adequate numbers to provide individual engagement, though the inspection identified areas where scheduling could be improved.
