Spring Grove Road

Spring Grove Road provides accommodation for up to five autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities, with four people living at the service at the time of inspection. Staff demonstrated a commitment to supporting residents' independence and choice, focusing on their strengths while encouraging them to pursue meaningful interests, goals and aspirations. The home maintained a safe, clean and well-equipped environment, and staff supported people to take their medicines safely and as prescribed. The service promoted equality and diversity among residents, ensuring their freedoms were not unnecessarily restricted and that physical restraint was not used.
