46 The Grove

46 The Grove provides personal care and accommodation for up to seven people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, seven people were living at the service. Staff supported people to make choices and pursue their independence and interests. People were encouraged to achieve their aspirations and goals, with staff working to support these objectives. The service demonstrated a commitment to avoiding restraint and supporting people's autonomy in their daily lives.
