No 36 accommodates up to nine adults with learning disabilities, some of whom also have autism. At inspection, all nine available places were occupied. The home is run by LD Care Limited, a private organisation managing three additional homes across the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.

The service demonstrated strong safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff had established well-organised systems with allocated responsibilities for overseeing testing, monitoring people's daily wellbeing and health, and maintaining environmental cleanliness.
