About No 36

No 36 is a residential care home in Hounslow, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, some of whom are also autistic. Further detail on how the home performs against CQC's standards is set out below.

No 36 accommodates up to nine adults with learning disabilities, some of whom also have autism. At inspection, all nine available places were occupied. The home is run by LD Care Limited, a private organisation managing three additional homes across the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.

The service demonstrated strong safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff had established well-organised systems with allocated responsibilities for overseeing testing, monitoring people's daily wellbeing and health, and maintaining environmental cleanliness.
