Sophia Care Home

Sophia Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with a learning disability and autistic people. Inspectors found the service continues to be rated good, with no breaches of regulations identified during the assessment.

People and relatives told the CQC they were very happy with the support provided, and staff were observed to be attentive and caring. The provider had effective recruitment and safeguarding systems in place, and staff understood how to deliver care tailored to individual needs, placing people's wishes and rights at the centre of their approach.
