Santa Care

Santa Care is a residential care home providing support to people with a learning disability and autistic people. It can accommodate up to five people, with four living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding no breaches of regulations.

Inspectors found people received safe, kind and compassionate care from staff who understood their individual needs and protected their privacy and dignity. Recruitment and safeguarding systems were effective, and the home was clean, well maintained and suited to people's sensory needs. Staff supported people to make choices, build independence and pursue their own interests.
