High Worple

High Worple is a care home for up to 5 adults with learning disabilities who share a Gujarati cultural heritage. All staff speak Gujarati and understand residents' cultural and religious needs, ensuring people feel supported within their own community. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with 5 residents living there.

Staff prioritize residents' choice, control, and independence by focusing on their strengths and supporting them to pursue meaningful interests and achieve personal goals. The home maintains a safe, clean, and well-equipped environment and makes reasonable adjustments to help people make choices about their daily lives and care.
