Smallbrook Care Home

Smallbrook Care Home accommodates up to 41 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and long-term healthcare conditions. At inspection, 31 people were resident at the home, with one receiving respite care.

Since the previous inspection, the home has introduced a new management team that has improved staff support and communication with residents and families. Regular residents' and relatives' meetings have been established to keep people informed about the home's operations and developments.
