Tanners Farm

Tanners Farm is a residential care home providing personal care to seven people aged 18 and over. The service supports individuals with learning disabilities and autism, offering planned and coordinated person-centred care designed to promote meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff work to ensure people can live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes through support that is appropriate and inclusive to their individual needs.
