Heathland Court Care Home

Heathland Court is a nursing and personal care home for up to 58 older people, including those living with dementia, across four floors with adapted facilities. The CQC found the home overall good, with the well-led rating improving from requires improvement following the appointment of a registered manager and two clinical nurse leads.

Inspectors found staff understood safeguarding, managed risks well, and medicines were organised properly, with enough trained staff in post. People and relatives praised staff kindness and attentiveness, and health professionals noted improved stability and a calmer, more positive atmosphere under the new leadership team.
