Signature at Coombe Hill Manor

Coombe Hill Manor provides nursing and personal care for up to 104 older people, including a specialist dementia unit called Augusta with capacity for 24 residents. At the time of inspection, 79 people were living at the home. The service continues to demonstrate outstanding practice, with staff showing exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality care that meets and exceeds residents' needs. People and their relatives were very positive about their experiences, with comments including "The staff are sympathetic – caring. They are never brusque" and "I wouldn't want to move out of here."

The home remains exceptionally responsive to changing needs, with a strong emphasis on providing compassionate, dignified care. The Augusta unit demonstrates best practice in dementia care, whilst all residents have access to a wide range of activities, events and excellent facilities.
