Sherborne Court Neurological Centre

Sherborne Court Neurological Centre provides personal and nursing care to people with neurological conditions and brain injuries in one purpose-built building that accommodates up to 40 people. On the day of inspection, 30 people were receiving a service at the centre.

The service had previously been rated as requires improvement with breaches relating to safe care and treatment, safeguarding, staffing and governance. At this inspection, improvements had been made and the service was no longer in breach of regulations.
