About Bentley Manor
Bentley Manor provides nursing and personal care for older people, people with dementia, mental health needs, and physical disabilities across a two-storey adapted building. The service accommodated 73 people at inspection, with capacity for 80.
Residents reported having sufficient staff to meet their needs, and this was evident during the inspection. However, staff provided mixed feedback about staffing levels in one area of the service, which the registered manager reviewed and began addressing during the visit.
