Church Farm Bungalow

Church Farm Bungalow accommodates up to 12 people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. At the time of inspection, 11 people were living at the home. The service provides care in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment, with staff managing risks effectively to keep people safe. Medicines are managed safely and staff support people to access healthcare services when needed.

Staff provide care that supports people's needs and aspirations, focusing on quality of life and best practice. A consistent staff team knows people's needs well, and there are always enough staff on duty to meet people's needs and keep them safe. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
