32 Beamont Way is a care home providing support to people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC found the service performing well, with an exceptionally person-centred culture where staff knew and understood people's needs, supporting them to have choice, control and independence. People were helped to engage with their local community, including health services, social settings and a friendship group offering regular contact with others.

Inspectors found leaders fostered a strong learning culture, with additional staff training and excellent working relationships with health professionals to protect people's rights. People and relatives gave consistently positive feedback, describing person-centred support and staff who listened well. The home was rated Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for caring.
