Old Sarum Manor

Old Sarum Manor accommodates up to 66 people across three floors, providing personal care for older people over 65, those living with dementia, sensory impairment, physical disabilities, and younger adults under 65. Each resident has their own en-suite room with access to communal facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon, lounges, and dining areas on each floor. A secure garden is accessible from the ground floor.

During the inspection, inspectors identified that incidents and accidents had not been consistently reported to management, preventing appropriate action from being taken in response to these events.
