Following an earlier requires improvement rating, the CQC found the service had improved significantly and is now rated Good overall. Inspectors found staff kept people safe, provided consistent care, and worked well with health and social care professionals to plan support in line with best practice.

Some shortfalls in medicines management were identified, including unclear guidance and unlabelled opened medicines, though the manager acted immediately to address these. Relatives described staff as kind, respectful and knowledgeable, saying the service had improved enormously and that their family members loved attending.
