Inspectors found people were involved in planning their care, supported to stay in touch with family and access their local community, and received good person-centred support with medicines and healthcare. Governance had improved since a previous breach: audits were now completed regularly, incidents were properly analysed, and staffing and recruitment were safe. Staff were well trained and spoke positively about supporting people to achieve good outcomes.
