St Patrick's House

St Patrick's House provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with a learning disability, with six residents living there at the time of inspection. The home has made significant improvements to its medicines management systems following previous recommendations. Medicines are now safely managed, with people supported to take prescribed medications and staff maintaining proper records of this support. All staff have received additional training and managers regularly monitor systems to ensure they continue to work effectively. The provider has also developed systems to manage infection prevention and control in line with national guidelines.
