At the time of assessment, 7 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, with previously downgraded areas of safety and leadership now improved under a new registered manager.

Inspectors found staff were well trained, supported and supervised, with safe medicines management and effective infection control. People were supported to access their local community, build independence and maintain relationships that mattered to them. Feedback from people and relatives described staff as kind, skilled and approachable, reflecting a genuinely caring culture.
