Seven Springs provides residential care for up to 32 people with physical disabilities and complex needs, with 29 residents at the time of inspection. The service is housed over two floors in a main building alongside four on-site bungalows.

The registered manager implemented robust infection control procedures for visitors. All visits are by appointment, with designated contact visitors required to provide negative COVID-19 lateral flow tests. Other visits occur in a dedicated visitor room equipped with full-height screens to ensure safe interaction between residents and their guests.
