Aspens Cornford Lane provides residential care across seven bungalows on one site, supporting up to 50 autistic people and people with a learning disability. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, finding failures in managing risks and medicines safely, alongside weak quality monitoring and oversight. There were also variations in how well people's health needs and capacity to consent were assessed and recorded.

Despite this, inspectors found staff to be kind and patient, supporting people to make choices and stay in touch with family. People said they felt safe, had enough staff, and were involved in decisions through regular keyworker meetings. Relatives praised staff skills, though the provider must address the identified breaches.
