This service provides accommodation and personal care for up to five people with a learning disability, currently supporting four residents. The home is a residential property that maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with documented cleaning schedules covering all touch points. Staff have access to appropriate personal protective equipment and handwashing facilities, supported by training from the local health authority and pictorial guidance displayed throughout the premises. The service implements regular COVID-19 testing for both staff and residents.
Residents are actively supported to maintain contact with their families through telephone calls and electronic devices. The service also enables people to access the community through regular drives and exercise in safe local spaces, promoting their connection to the wider community and wellbeing.
