Point Clear is a residential care home providing personal care to four men, with capacity for up to five. The service supports people with learning disabilities and autism, promoting maximum choice and control in their lives through least restrictive practices.

Staff demonstrate good knowledge of residents' medication preferences and facilitate access to specialist health and social care support in the community. They actively encourage residents to maintain their health and wellbeing, support healthy eating, and communicate in ways tailored to individual needs. Staff also support residents in making decisions following best practice guidelines.

However, the home does not consistently maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept environment. Areas of the property and equipment used by residents are not always adequately clean, fit for purpose, or properly maintained.
