This nursing home provides personal and nursing care to up to 36 people in a large period manor house set in rural grounds. At inspection, 31 people were using the service, accommodated in bedrooms with en-suite toilets and accessing communal dining and living areas. The extensive grounds are accessible to residents.

Staff levels were a concern, with both people and staff feeling there were not always enough staff members, though this did not significantly impact how residents' needs were met. The home did not consistently provide opportunities for formal feedback on the support or service delivery. Written records did not always evidence people's wishes and needs, with some areas failing to update when residents' needs changed, meaning person-centred care was not fully embedded throughout the home.
