Inspectors identified several safety concerns, including unsafe electrical wiring outdoors, poorly stored gas cylinders, inconsistent use of stair gates, weak infection control and gaps in repositioning and care planning. The registered manager responded promptly to concerns raised and was already making improvements. People living at the home and their relatives spoke warmly of the caring, attentive staff.
