Butterfly's Care Home

Butterfly's (Alresford) is a residential care home for up to five people with learning disabilities and on the autism spectrum, located in a bungalow in Alresford, Essex. The home provides single rooms with ensuite facilities, along with communal spaces including a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and an enclosed rear garden with level access. At the time of inspection, all five places were occupied.

People and their relatives were complimentary about the staff team and the quality of care received. Staff are motivated, caring and well-trained, with a clear understanding of how to identify people at risk of abuse and awareness of reporting protocols. Staff receive sufficient guidance through care planning records, staff meetings and supervision support to carry out their roles effectively.
