Blossomwood

Blossomwood provides residential care and accommodation for up to 12 people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex or physical health needs. The service operates from one building with two separate living areas, accommodating ten people at the time of inspection. The home has been designed to enable residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, providing person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive. While the service is larger than typical domestic properties and current best practice guidance, the building's design effectively mitigates any negative impact this size might have on residents' experience and quality of life.
