Sandholme Fold

Sandholme Fold provides personal care for up to 44 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were living in the home. The service accesses the government testing scheme, which has helped identify outbreaks quickly. The home is clean and well ventilated with clear signage throughout reinforcing infection control procedures. Staff follow good hand hygiene practices and wear personal protective equipment appropriately.
