Relatives expressed confidence in their loved ones' safety, with one family member noting that the home had successfully implemented measures to keep their relative safe after previous concerns at home. The service had effective safeguarding systems in place to protect people from abuse. Medication was administered correctly by trained staff, and risks to individuals were carefully managed through person-centred risk assessments and care planning.

Safe infection prevention and control practices were implemented to minimise the spread of illness.
