Sand Banks Care Centre

Sandbanks Care Centre provides nursing and residential care for up to 77 older people and those living with dementia across three floors, each with adapted facilities, communal areas, and a large garden. At inspection, 65 people were using the service.

The home regularly assesses risks to people and has appropriate measures in place to minimise them. There are sufficient staff to meet care needs, with safe recruitment procedures and proper checks completed before employment. Medicines are managed safely, staff follow correct infection control procedures, and accidents and incidents are recorded with actions taken to mitigate future risks.
