The home offers ground floor accommodation across four separate wings, each with adapted toilet and bathing facilities, along with communal lounge and dining areas.

People reported feeling happy and safe, with one resident saying, "It's the best thing I ever did moving here." Staff treated people with dignity and respect throughout their care. Medicines were managed safely and risks were properly monitored and addressed.
