Marske Hall

Marske Hall provides personal and nursing care for up to 30 older people, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults. At inspection, 26 people were using the service. Staff were appropriately trained, recruited, and received supervision and appraisal, though the provider was reviewing supervision processes to ensure effectiveness. People were supported to make choices about their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with care plans and risk assessments reflecting individual needs and preferences.

The service supported people to maintain hobbies, try new interests, and access the community. Rooms were personalised according to people's choices. At mealtimes, people received appropriate support tailored to their assessed needs, with menus available to accommodate personal preferences and dietary requirements. Medicines were stored and administered safely throughout the home.
