Shoreline Nursing Home

Shoreline nursing home provides nursing and residential care to older people and young adults with physical health conditions and dementia, supporting up to 43 residents across its large two-storey building. The home is organised into separate areas for nursing and residential care, with a dedicated dementia unit. At the time of inspection, 37 people were living at the home.

People were safe and received good care tailored to their individual needs. A relative praised the service, saying they were very happy with the care provided and had no complaints. They highlighted that all staff were helpful and accommodating, listened to suggestions, and maintained good communication with families.
