Sackville Gardens is a small care home in two houses supporting up to 10 people living with mental health conditions, run by BHT Sussex's Archway Project to help people move towards independent living. The CQC rated the home Outstanding overall, finding exceptionally person-centred care that promoted people's strengths, independence and rights.

Inspectors found staff were kind, skilled and creative, supporting people to take positive risks rather than restricting them. Strong partnerships with external professionals gave people access to the support they needed. Leadership was found to be open, well-organised and focused on continuous improvement, with staff consistently positive about working there.
