Davigdor Lodge Rest Home provides personal care to up to 25 adults, many living with mental health conditions. At inspection, 23 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that people were not always kept safe. Risk assessments were not consistently completed for known risks or lacked sufficient detail to guide staff in supporting people safely. The registered manager immediately investigated concerns raised during the inspection and took action to reduce identified risks.

Auditing systems were not robust or effective, limiting management's ability to identify and address risks systematically across the service.
