Sabre Court

Sabre Court is a residential care home providing personal care and support for up to 11 people with mental health needs and alcohol misuse issues. At the time of inspection, 10 people were using the service. Staff knew residents well and understood what mattered to them, creating positive, safe and stable relationships that helped build self-esteem and confidence. Managers actively supported staff to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring high quality care that enhanced people's lives.

The service prioritised giving people maximum choice and control, supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. People were supported to maintain good health, gain new skills and become more independent. Robust monitoring systems were in place to ensure good standards of care, and the building and equipment were well maintained and clean. Residents told inspectors the service was well managed and they liked the staff.
