Ashurst Residential and Care Home

Ashurst Residential and Care Home provides personal care for up to 19 older people and younger adults, some of whom may be living with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service.

The home maintained strong infection prevention and control practices. People followed government guidance when entering and leaving their home and when receiving visitors. Staff had received training in infection prevention and control and understood the requirements for personal protective equipment use. The home was well maintained with a programme of works in place to manage the environment.
