Russell Court

Russell Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 42 people, some living with dementia, across two floors of an adapted building. At the time of inspection, 19 people were resident, reducing to 16 by the end of the inspection period. The service plans to specialise in short-term, step-down care for people discharged from hospital who are not yet well enough to return home.

Improvements have been made to address previous regulatory breaches around safe care and treatment and good governance, though further improvements remain required.
