Royal Court

Royal Court is a care home providing accommodation, nursing and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 35 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found staff treated people with dignity and respect, and people and relatives felt safe, well cared for and confident their feedback was acted on. Leaders were visible and supportive, and staff knew people well. Some monitoring systems did not always identify gaps in recorded information, though staff knowledge helped reduce any risk, and the provider responded promptly to concerns raised.
